ASSISTANT CAFE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Managers from similar food and beverage environments. Who excel in strong people management and leading others. About the role: This role is essential in assisting in the effective and efficient running of front of house operations. • Assist the Café Manager in all day-to-day operations • Lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of café operations • Effective management of all floor staff ensuring quality of service • Manage costs to meet targets and identify opportunities to build the business • Maintain and grow customer and supplier relationships • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality • Rostering of staff • Responsible for stock management and ordering • Work with the Café Manager on budgeting and cost controls • Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and Dome integrity for your team and guests About you: • Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced environment • Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure • Keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop • Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 5am - 9.30pm, with 2 RDOs per week • Passion for coffee!
